GENERAL INFORMATION:

• EARLY registration for Delegates/Alternates is $410.00 (includes $10.00 credit card processing fee online) if purchased by June 1, 2024.
• EARLY registration for Non-Delegates/Alternates/Guest is $485.00 (includes $10.00 credit card processing fee online) if purchased by June 1, 2024.
• Registration packages purchased after June 1, or purchased on-site will be $500.00 for delegates/alternates and $575.00 for non-delegates/alternates/guests.
• Individual event tickets can be purchased on-site.

7/22/2024 - Official AHEPA Opening Ceremony
7/23/2024 - Taste of Cyprus & AHEPA Tours
7/24/2024 - AHEPA Family Presidential Palace Event & AHEPA Tours
7/25/2024 - AHEPA Family Athletic Awards Luncheon & AHEPA Family Grand Banquet & Ball
7/26/2024 - AHEPA Founders Day Event at the Garden & AHEPA Tours

Please note, your convention badge is your admission to ALL events so please keep it with you at all times. A $50.00 administration fee will be charged for replacement.

Refund Policy: Registration refund requests MUST be received in writing by June 1.  If received by this date, a refund will be issued, less a $35 administrative fee.

REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER June 1 (no exceptions).

Please remember all delegates and alternates must be paid through 2024 in order to be seated at the Supreme Convention.
